Virtual and local wellbeing sessions
We’ll be providing a range of virtual and local wellbeing sessions which aim to connect you to others affected by MS in Lanarkshire.
The sessions are a chance to chat, reflect and share experiences. We’ll also look at different ways to support you to live well with MS.
Sessions coming up:
- Have you recently been told you have MS? Join our local wellbeing session in Carluke starting on 2 May.
- Are you living with a progressive form of MS? Join our virtual wellbeing session on 12 March.
- Are you experiencing changing symptoms? Join our virtual wellbeing session on 9 April.
We’ll be running information webinars and local information sessions throughout the project.
These will cover different topics, include presentations by professionals, and be packed with relevant and useful information.
