Join us on Monday 20 May at 6pm for our monthly Move more with MS Session. This event will be facilitated by our Moving more with MS physical activities specialist, Shahida. They'll be joined by yoga instructor, Phil Evans. Phil was diagnosed with MS in 2004.

Mental Health Awareness week runs from 13 to 19 May and this month we will be discussing the importance of moving more for our mental health.

This is an opportunity to discuss the benefits of keeping active, connect with others and share and learn in a safe and informal space.
